At Compass98 we are a new forward-thinking Alternative provision programme located across Manchester and the North west. Created by people who care and want to equip young people with the skills to navigate through life. We understand Alternative Education is not forever, but whilst with us we aim to create lasting memories and experiences.

Compass98 believes that all young people deserve the chance to become the best version of themselves. We here at Compass98 focus on many areas of life which can be affected or help with the succession of each individual, this includes the ability to nurture young people and help them to engage in their life abilities through the assistance of our experienced and trusted mentors and our programmes in; sports and leisure, social development, nature and nurture, education and life after education. 

All aspects of these programmes can help adapt and encourage new values and beliefs in young mentees whilst also learning to build social relationships with others, which eventually can be integrated independently throughout all aspects of life. The aim of our mentoring programmes is for young people to feel they have a supportive role model within their lives, someone who can be of trusting support and whom they can share their problems and successes with, eventually building a relationship that involves working together, finding ambitions and aims whilst having fun and making memories along the way!
